Student Clinic appointments for Cerritos College are made exclusively through this website. Please do not call the college or instructor in order to make, confirm, cancel or pay for appointments.

Available appointment dates and times for our student clinic will be posted on this website and updated regularly.

If the date listed above has past and has not been updated, it means that we have not yet scheduled a new student clinic date. Please be patient and check back regularly.

Times and days of operation are subject to change. We will be glad to add you to our email list in order to assist you in scheduling a student clinic appointment. Although we will make every effort, we do not guarantee that you will be contacted for every available student clinic or be able to schedule an appointment.

Affordable One Hour Massage Sessions are available through our students who have completed a minimum of 150+ hours of hands-on training, and met the requirements for enrollment into Student Clinic.

Advanced Massage Clinic Instructors offer consultation and session planning to assist the student in providing the most effective massage possible. Clinic Instructors are on staff for the entire student clinic and will periodically check in with the student.

We are unable to accommodate requests for massage students based on gender or level of training/specific massage techniques. Our students are both male and female, professionally trained and have completed various levels of education.

At minimum, you will receive a professional, relaxing One Hour Swedish Massage. Please consult your student therapist with any questions you may have prior to your session.

8+ Days Prior To Student Clinic
You will schedule your appointment via this website. Please leave your name, two phone numbers and an email address where we may reach you. You may make more than one appointment at a time since 5 appointments slots will be available each hour. You may only make appointments for the student clinic hours and days that are posted. We do not make future appointments for clinics that have not yet posted. If you are flexible on your times and dates, you will have a much better chance of scheduling an appointment.

Student Clinic is extremely popular and appointments fill quickly. Make your appointment and pay early (when instructed to do so, not before) in order to secure your space. Appointments are not secured until they are paid in full.

Once your appointment(s) is/are confirmed over the phone or by email, you will pay for your session(s). Payments can only be made in check or money order at this time. No cash or credit cards are accepted. You must pay for your appointment prior to your session.

Since our clinic can only accommodate 5 clients at one time, we can only hold your “unpaid” appointment for a short period of time. After we have confirmed that we can accommodate your appointment, you will have 5 days to make your payment via postal mail.

If we do not receive your payment by the morning of the 5th day, your appointment is automatically cancelled. Checks received after the 5th day for scheduled appointments may be returned to you since we immediately try to reschedule any empty slots from our waiting list.

Please be prompt in your payment and allow a reasonable amount of time for the checks to be received in the Huntington Beach area (usually 3 days).

When you have reached the payment stage, you will be contacted by email with the name and address of our Student Clinic Director and directed to mail your $35.00 payment.

Do not make out your checks to Cerritos College or Student Clinic. If so, the check will be returned to you.

When we receive your check via postal mail, we will call or email you for your final confirmation. You will then receive the clinic address and directions from Cerritos College Campus (by email) which is located in a professional building in Cypress, CA on the second floor.

Please remember, once we receive payment for your appointment, the appointment time cannot be changed. You may give your appointment away to a friend for the same clinic time and day, but no refunds can be made and no appointment times/days can be changed. Please email us with any client changes at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.

The Day of the Clinic
Please shower the day of your appointment.
There is no shower available at the clinic for public use.
Please make sure you have the directions to the clinic. The student clinic does not have a phone available at this time. You will not be able to contact us for directions the day of student clinic. You will be met on the landing of the second floor by one of our students and escorted to your appointment. Due to our insurance, we can not accommodate pregnant women or clients under the age of 18.

What to expect during student clinic
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to fill out our Student Clinic Health-History form. You will agree to and sign a liability waiver at this time. When complete, you will be assigned a student therapist who will greet you and lead you to one of our massage rooms. During that time, the student may cover sections of your health-history with you.

Before the student leaves the room, they will direct you to “undress to your level of comfort” . You will be instructed to lie under the sheet and blanket provided, either face up or face down (depending on where the therapist will begin the session). Your modesty will be preserved at all times. The student will let you know before they re-enter the room. At this time, the lights will be dimmed since all therapists are in session at the same time. All doors to the student clinic will remain slightly opened for the instructor to monitor several rooms at one time. Please speak in hushed tones and turn your cell phones off for the time you are in student clinic.

During your massage session, the instructor may enter the room. You may or may not be aware of this. This is a necessary part of the learning lab and why we can offer discount massage to the general public.

When the session is complete, the student will let you know. They will ask you to join them in the main lobby after you finish dressing. At this time, we will ask you to complete the feedback form on your session.

Please Remember:
No refunds or changes to appointment times or dates after we receive your payment and confirm your appointment.

We do not accept cash or credit cards at this time. You will be directed via email where to send your payment in the form of check (personal, bank, business) at the final stage of appointment setting.

We do not take walk ins and unscheduled clients cannot be seen.

Pregnant women and children under 18 cannot schedule appointments at this time.

There is no phone available at the student clinic so you will not be able to contact us the day of your appointment.

Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment cannot be seen. There are no refunds for late arrivals or no shows. We can not extend your treatment if you are late. We make every effort to provide the student with a substitute client after the 15 minute mark and that student therapist may already be in session with someone else.

We reserve the right to refuse client appointments and end your session at any time. Clients who are deemed inappropriate in hygiene or manner will not be seen and will be refused scheduling. We cannot see clients with colds, coughs or other systemic conditions. If you have a fever, you are contraindicated for massage (cannot receive massage). Please give your appointment to a friend, but notify us that you intend to do so at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.
